We offer reformer Pilates classes for all levels designed to benefit everyone from the youth to seniors to even the most elite athletes. Our classes have been designed to drive results and to better your everyday life and well-being - you will leave feeling both energised and more addicted to Pilates than ever!
Studio Classes
50 minute reformer Pilates classes designed to challenge and stimulate you both physically and mentally, leaving you fully energised. Delivering all the benefits of traditional Pilates from core strength to spinal mobility, combined with high intensity resistance training to strengthen and tone. All our classes help to improve athletic performance, balance, posture, bone density and aid injury recovery.
Initiate
Our Initiate class is open to everyone. A focused class with an emphasis on technique and control. Don’t be fooled though, this isn’t a walk in the park. Focused and controlled means perfect form and perfect form means it is going to burn! Most suited to beginners or those who are new to reformer Pilates.
Elevate
A high intensity, full body conditioning class. Keeping your heart rate elevated throughout the class, this up tempo workout incorporates resistance training alongside more advanced Pilates repertoire that will challenge you throughout. Our dedicated teachers and small group classes ensures we maintain a focus on control and form.
Elevate: Strength
This isn't your average Pilates session. Elevate: Strength is a high-performance formula that fuses the precision of dynamic reformer flows with the progressive overload of heavy free weights. By introducing vertical resistance (dumbbells/weighted bars) to the horizontal resistance of the reformer springs, we challenge your body to find stability in constant motion.
Expect slow, eccentric tempos that create a deep muscular burn, followed by powerful, full-body compound movements designed to sculpt lean muscle, fire up your metabolism, and bulletproof your joints.
We strip away the rush and focus on time-under-tension. You will sweat, you will shake, and you will leave feeling stronger, taller, and completely energised.
Privates
Following an initial consultation where your posture, habits and goals are discussed, a program will be designed for you and will grow and develop as you do with M.I.A Pilates. Regular check ins with your trainer to discuss progress and alignment to goals.
These sessions can be 1 on 1 privates or partner privates for you and a friend. By appointment only please contact us to organise a time that suits you.
